HOA Residential Closing Documents

HOA closing documents with annual dues and transfer fees required for closing can be requested by completing the form below.

Wando Lakes Homeowners Association is a resident volunteer organization.   

If you are requesting an OWNERS account online, please include your full name and property address and once your ownership has been verified, you will receive an auto email to complete your OWNERS account.  This email arrives from a third party and can take 72 hours to receive.  

If you have questions or concerns and are located in The Reserve, Hunter's Run, or Wando East Townhomes please note Wando Lakes HOA is not affiliated with any of these communities.  Residents of these communities should reach out to their respected property managers directly.  Wando Lakes does not have any contact information for these companies.
