Wando Lakes Community Collective is not affiliated with other communities located in the Lauda Drive area, including The Reserve, Hunter’s Run, and Wando East Townhomes.

Residents of these communities should contact their respective property managers directly. Wando Lakes Community Collective does not have contact information for the management companies representing these communities.

Centrally located, Wando Lakes, is in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Wando Lakes offers convenient access to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island and I-526. New residents or prospective neighbors are welcome to reach out with any questions or connections to our community.

Wando Lakes Community Collective is a community organization, consisting of resident volunteers that functions to provide information, maintain an attractive and safe environment for it's residents and maintain our property values.  


We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our neighborhood better.  We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you.
